大型商品のお届けについて
大型商品は、基本的に玄関先までの配送となります。
お客様にて部屋までの搬入経路をご確認ください。
- 玄関、お部屋までの搬入経路をご確認ください。
- 玄関扉、お部屋扉のザイズをご確認ください。（搬入先が２階以上の場合）
- 階段の形状（直線、螺旋、屈曲）とサイズをご確認ください。
- エレベーターのサイズをご確認下さい。
マンション、アパートのエレベータ、階段、廊下によって搬入不可能な場合や窓からの吊り上げ等が必要な場合がございます。
搬入経路が確保できていないことによる商品の返品については、往復の送料およびキャンセル料金を頂戴する場合がございます。必ずご確認下さいませ。
また、宅配便業者の配送人だけでは、トラックからお客様の玄関までお持ちするのも大変な場合がございます。
宅配便業者からトラックからの荷下ろしのお手伝いを、お客様にお願いする場合がございますので、ご了解いただけます様お願い致します。
玄関からはお客様にてお運びいただくことになりますので、お客様側にて、お力のある方が荷下ろしのお手伝いをして頂けますようお願い致します。

- お留守の間に配達があった場合は、配送会社ドライバーより不在票が入ります。不在票に記載されている電話番号（最寄の運送会社営業所）にご都合の良い日をご連絡頂き、再配達をご依頼下さい。
